Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. At Aapna Healthy Mart, this includes:

• Perishable goods: Food items or supplements that have been opened.

• Health and personal care items: Specific wellness products for sanitary reasons.

• Gift cards and downloadable products.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

• Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

• Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank. If you still have not received it, contact us at +91 9899064649.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us and send your item to our physical location:

Shipping Returns

• You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable; the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
